IMPORTANT: Skaters must have at least one year of hockey or ringette experience to join the PowerSkate program. Full hockey/ringette gear (including stick) is mandatory.
For skaters who have attended PowerSkate in the past, and achieved an average of Moderate or higher in all three Control, Balance and Agility categories, they should sign up for the Advanced (Gold) session this year. All other skaters, or skaters new to PowerSkate should sign up for the Bronze/Silver (Beginner/Intermediate) (4 pm) session to start.
Skaters may need to be moved based on coaches' evaluation of their skating skills (emphasis on backward skating, one foot edges and forward/backward crossovers).
Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
