2023-2024 PowerSkate
Skaters must have at least one year of hockey or ringette experience to join the PowerSkate program. (See full requirements.)
Skaters new to PowerSkate should sign up for the Bronze/Silver (4 pm) session to start.
Skaters who have attended PowerSkate in the past, and achieved an average of Moderate or higher in all three Control, Balance and Agility categories, should sign up for the Advanced (Gold) (5 pm) session.
Skaters may need to be moved based on coaches' evaluation of their skating skills (emphasis on backward skating, one foot edges and forward/backward crossovers).
